I replaced the brushes, which showed very little wear, but still no power although the light still comes on. What do I load into the parts cannon next?

Hello Hal, thank you for reaching out. We have researched the model and would suggest checking the armature, part number FIX11884724. It is used in conjunction with the carbon brushes and the field to create the oomph. A worn-out armature may cause power issues in the impact driver. We hope this information helps!
